Certified Executive Coach

The certified Executive Coach badge is an honor that is awarded to coaches completing all the requirements of the Global Leadership Coach Program-Level 2.
Coaches under this program go through a rigorous curriculum comprised of 80 hours of coach training, 10 hours of mentoring, 25+ hours of coaching practice and performance evaluation of two coaching conversations compliant with ICF-PCC standards . We prepare our coaches in a way they can launch their Coaching Business or Implement Coaching Skills immediately post the program. The program is designed to stretch participant’s potentials and help them break all barriers that may come in their way as they move forward. Our coaches are confident professionals ready to apply their coaching in their respective contexts.
We as an organization adhere to ICF Code of Ethics and comply to all the standards defined by ICF. The program is closely aligned to ICF Core Competencies. Participants get certified only when they can clearly demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of ICF competency and ICF Code of Ethics in their conduct during the program.
Standards
The ICF core coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coaching Federation.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability, and enforceable standards of conduct for Professional Coaches, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
