A decade-long journey of CARE- Conversations, Accountability, Reflection and Empathy

I am Jaya Bhateja, a master coach certified by ICF. My coaching journey taught me several foundational truths, not just about others, but about myself. When I took my first step into this world, I wasn’t building a business. I was building clarity and living my passion of supporting others gain clarity

Even when I was a one-person setup, with no background in entrepreneurship I began with what I knew best, I started with whatever I knew I could start with without knowing the end and outcome of the work I was putting in because it felt like the “right thing” and. I put down my vision, articulated my mission, and chose the values that resonated most deeply with me. And that’s how Abhyudaya was born.

My foundation came from my personal values- A Foundation That Still Holds Strong

While learning coaching I learnt the process of re-defining values and that helped me gain clarity about “What do I Value” in my work and relationships based on where I am at today in life. Several past experiences at work and life teaches us some new values and tell us what’s a white lie. The human process of evolution also enables us to accept some independent value system that can be redefined.

Our values continue to guide our decisions, shape our relationships, and define our culture.

As part of my exercise to define values for Abhyudaya I came up with the acronym CARDS which stands for Courage, Accountability, Relationships, Diversity, Simplicity.

When I look back I wouldn’t like to change anything there.

Our vision through Abhyudaya is to re-shape world leadership grounded in accountability and full potential.

And Mission is to equip organisations with coaching cultures to thrive in a disruptive world.

From the very beginning, Abhyudaya’s identity was grounded in these three pillars. And as we grew into a global learning space, these pillars became even more relevant. They formed the invisible structure behind our coaching practices, our learning design, and our facilitation style.

Just as every coach experiences transformation through deeper awareness, so did we. And that reflection is what brings us here, to this moment of evolution.

Why a New Logo Now?

In the last decade, this is the third time the logo has evolved to communicate the focus,purpose and commitment to stay on the path of empowering others to create a better world and a positive society.

A logo may seem like a visual update, but for us, it’s a compass to guide our path. It reflects who we are today and where we’re heading next.

In coaching, we ask powerful questions to help clients reconnect with their deeper goals. And so, as we completed nearly a decade, we asked ourselves:

• What is our role in today’s complex world?
• How do we wish to serve the next generation of leaders?
• What does our identity say before we say a word?
• How is our role changing in the complex moving world?

Given the answers are not easily available we created some clues like compassion, Self-management, leading with intuition that we believe can be some unshaking ways to guide our path.

The Evolution of Abhyudaya Logo

Each logo in our journey has carried a piece of our purpose. Let’s walk you through that story.

2015–2019: “Empowering Lives”

This was the logo that carried our earliest hopes. We were working closely with youth and individuals, helping them find clarity in their lives. The idea was to guide, illuminate, and awaken the youth to guide their own path.

Symbolism:

Sun & Road: A rising sun over a path, representing direction, growth, and personal transformation.

Colours:

• Green for grounding, harmony, and potential.
• Orange for energy, motivation, and enthusiasm.

This logo was a metaphor of a beginning. A light that helped others find their own way.

2019–2024: “Global Coach Circle”

This phase expressed a transition. We felt a need to shine bright and own up to our story, it made us practice courage as the key value and take up new challenges that were necessary for the growth of our potential. We were no longer just guiding individuals.

A circle of global coaches committed to deep transformation, certified ICF education, and courageous conversations.

Symbolism:

• Golden Swirl: Representing collective energy, global synergy, and wisdom.
• Hand-drawn underline: Signifying humanity, approachability, and creativity.
• Gold & Black: Reflecting spiritual depth, clarity, and professionalism.

This logo held space for both strength and softness, much like our coaches. It was also the period where we launched our training initiatives and embraced the complexities of true education.

2025 Onwards: “Global Coach Academy”

Now, as we step into our tenth year, we find ourselves in a more divided, dynamic, and demanding, complex world. Leadership needs not only tools, but presence. Not only skills, but stillness. And coaching needs to rise to meet that moment.

Our newest logo is our response to that calling.

Symbolism:

• Flame: Inner fire, transformation, and the courage to let go of old narratives.
• Sun’s position: The sun is sitting at the position of the root chakra of the human-like figure displayed by lotus to share a message of managing our inner landscape.
• Lotus Petals: Balance, awakening, and continuous elevation -the essence of deep coaching.
• Central Sun: Focus, clarity, and the ability to radiate with calm conviction.
• Gradient (Orange to Red): A journey from warmth to intensity, much like the path of growth.
• Shiva’s Third Eye like representation: Self Realization and Awakening.
• Typography: Sleek, bold, and global – embodying confidence with compassion.

This is more than a visual identity. It’s an invitation. To go deep,be wise and service wise !
