Brief
The program is designed for those who aspire to become Professional Coaches. Participants learn creative ways of solving business and workplace challenges with long-lasting impact and become the real change-makers.
The program is based on design thinking principles to create a unique blend of strategy, conversations, and mindsets to evolve, learn, problem-solve, and influence businesses, teams, and organizations to build a sustainable and thriving culture of effective leadership for the future.

- Resolving complex business and leadership issues through creative thinking.
- Mastery over difficult conversations through a systemic view of the human brain functioning in terms of thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
