Culture eats strategy for breakfast – Peter Drucker
Unlike in the past, people no longer just “go-to-work-and-come-back-home.” They spend more than 80% of their working hours in this new definition workplace – learning, bonding, living, sharing, and building a robust social system around their workplace. The workplace hence plays a role in defining who we are and how we interact with others in our ecosystem.
Research reports that by 2020, organizations that support a ‘choose-your-own-work-style culture’ will boost employee retention rates by more than 10%. And by 2021, the increase in the number of employees who prefer to work remotely will allow organizations to support 40% more employees in the same amount of space as they use today.
With the aim to optimize employee productivity, experience, energy, resources and time, organizations are demanding for strategies that can support businesses to produce accelerated results year on year with VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) variables.
Culture Click is a strategic program to build Coaching Culture in the organizations to raise accountability at all levels through coaching methodology.
