My experience was very engaging, intriguing and exploratory. It helped me look deep within myself and unearth feelings that were buried deep inside which I loved reconnecting with and appreciate those moments about myself. Exploring those feelings was extremely helpful and effective to help me connect with my clients. The importance of being present, deep listening, know when to pause, reflect upon what is said by the client and self reflection, be aware of ones surroundings and so much more. This has lead me to be more aware of myself and the positive outcomes I could generate if I could consistently practice this. I have recommended this program to my friends and colleagues who would benefit from this program – largely in two ways 1. to help self-introspect and bring about change for the better and 2. to help develop an alternative career. Coaching can help build a much better place to live in. Jaya as our facilitator was fantastic. She helped deliver a very complex program efficiently and with much poise. She has deep knowledge of the subject and took us through it with much ease, pacing it out well to help us grasp what was been taught.
