Certified Systemic Team Coach

Certified Systemic Team Coach badge is an honor that is awarded to coaches completing all the requirements of Systemic Team Coach Certification Program.
Coaches under this program go through a rigorous curriculum comprised of 30 hours of coach training. The program has a rigorous performance evaluation mechanism to ensure we unleash the coaching potential of our participants.
We as an organization adhere to ICF Code of Ethics and comply to all the standards defined by ICF. The program is closely aligned to ICF Core Competencies. Participants clearly demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of ICF competency and ICF Code of Ethics in their conduct.
Standards
The ICF team coaching competencies were developed to support a greater understanding of the skills and approaches used within today’s coaching profession as defined by the International Coaching Federation.
The Code of Ethics is designed to provide appropriate guidelines, accountability and enforceable standards of conduct for Professional Coaches, who commit to abiding by the ICF Code of Ethics.
