Program Objective
Develop and demonstrate proficiency as a Master Coach. Master the coaching skills to deliver impact in shorter time with high level of effectiveness. Prepare to establish yourself as a Master in the field of coaching. Amplify coaching skills, inner resources and perspective to systemically assess and provide developmental feedback confidently in a way that invites intentional change. The program leverages ICF competency framework to structure the program however to development mastery capabilities for coaches in general.

Learning Outcomes
The rigorous twelve months journey prepares the coaches to focus on creating deep expertise in mentor coach competencies as defined by ICF. Learning to give feedback in most productive way. Gain expertise on ICF credential process and understand the key difference between the expectation of three credentials. Understand ICF ethics in detail. Gain expertise as a mentor from supervision perspective.
