Standards
In order to ensure alignment to global standards, Abhyudaya follow below standards during the education process:
- Coaching Educator Program provides 40 CCEUs to the participants for the purpose of credential renewal.
- Coaching Educator Competencies defined by ACTO to ensure world class preparation of the coaching educator from facilitation perspective.
- Coaching educators are trained on coaching program aligned to ICF Core competencies from content and competency framework perspective.
Eligibility –
- The minimum qualification to take this program is ICF-PCC.
Program Objective
Coaching Educator Program creates world class coaching educators promised to deliver transformational learning experience to facilitate coaching education in the world.
The program is designed to train passionate experienced coaches on ICF Accredited Level 1 Foundational Coaching Program. The curriculum focuses on how to transfer Foundational Coaching skills to leaders and coaches effectively. The program ensures to establish clear understanding between training facilitation and coach education.

How to get started?
All the faculty at Abhyudaya are ICF credential with strong coaching reputation in the industry, anyone starting the Coaching Educator journey would need to get certified as Coaching Educator to lead the cohorts independently. This is to ensure a complete knowledge transfer and effectiveness.
