It has been an absolute joy, honour and immense learning to be mentored & coached by Jaya on my journey to PCC. True to title, she is a Master Coach and an exemplary one at that. And I have learned so much about the Craft of coaching as well as the Being of coaching just by observing her. My PCC credential is thanks to her detailed process and rigour. But more than that, I actually saw my capacity as a coach expand over the time that I worked with her.
Most importantly, she brings a very calm energy to every conversation and you come away enriched, provoked, inspired. Deep gratitude Jaya.
May Abhyudaya thrive multifold. I wish you joyful success always.

I was going through a midlife crisis and did not know what I wanted to do. This course helped me dig deep inside me to understand first what I didn’t want and then what I wanted to do. I am immensely grateful for this insight.
This course also helped me in changing my parenting style and improved my relationship with my 7 year old son. Professionally, it has helped me try a completely different style of management with my team. I really understood the difference between identity and reputation and the need to pay attention to both – in the past it was focused on identity, i discounted what others thought. My biggest impact came from coming to the realization that I can control my mood and did not need external stimulus, it helps me manage myself much better I was late in joining the course but Jaya supported through additional sessions. The peer learning and seeing the whole group bring out real issues in practical sessions was eye opening and enriching More power to Jaya and Abhudaya in changing more lives.

Jaya Bhateja- She is my mentor in the true sense of it. She just has a way to make you feel like you have the strength and the ability to find your own answers. Personally I feel like she brings with her a calm that allows most to feel like they are capable of so much more. As a coach, her style is authentic and real, she holds you accountable in a way that is grounding and facilitative. I am lucky to have learnt from her. Thank you, Jaya.
