Unlock Reflective Power. Deepen Your Coaching Presence.

Coaching supervision is more than a feedback session—it is a dynamic, collaborative space for deep reflection, emotional replenishment, and professional renewal. Whether you’re an ICF-certified coach or a mentor working with clients and organisations, supervision helps you pause, reflect, and realign with your coaching purpose and presence.
At Abhyudaya, we believe that supervision is not just about “what you do,” but “who you are” as a coach.

What Is Coaching Supervision?

As defined by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), coaching supervision is: “A safe space for reflective dialogue with a practicing supervisor, supporting the supervisee’s practice, development and well-being.”

Through structured reflective conversations, a coach or mentor engages with a trained supervisor to explore real coaching experiences, uncover insights, and enhance their practice. It is a space that ensures ongoing alignment with coaching ethics, integrity, and presence.

According to ICF, coaching supervision: “...is the compass that guides you, revealing deeper insights into your presence and impact, helping you navigate your path to true coaching mastery.” It enables you to pause, explore patterns, and grow in your way of being—not just doing—as a coach.
